Before beginning my journey with Creativ Vison Coaching I was unsure about how to market my business. I knew who my ideal client was, but I really didn't have the knowledge I needed to reach them.
The coaching provided by Shweta and Odri was really inspirational. It helped me understand that my product was really good, and they helped me clarify what it was I was struggling with in reaching prospective clients.
Shwetha and Odri discussed with me the vision for my business and explained to me the value and importance of Market research.  They gave me insight in how to conduct research  and demonstrated how it would help me attract clients and achieve the vision I have for my business.
By helping me understand the importance of market research, I realised that this was the missing link between the business I had and the clients I wanted to work with. They gave me goals to work towards, taught me about the 6 Laws of Marketing and how these aligned with the work that I was already doing with my business.

I recently completed a 5-week Business Transformation Program with the wonderful Shwetha & Odri from Creative Vision Coaching.

Before commencing my journey with these talented ladies, I was feeling somewhat stuck in my business journey and was unsure about how to move forward and change things. Although I love running my retreat business, some parts of it – mainly marketing and sales – felt like a burden and a chore.

Through the coaching I received from Odri and Shwetha I realised that there was a lot of business theory that I was unaware of and activities that I should undertake which would lead me to have success, consistency and security within my business. The most important of these was understanding that I need to set specific goals and carefully track, monitor and analyse the activities that I am undertaking to achieve those goals. The other important learning was where I currently am in my journey as a small business owner, and the steps I can take to uplevel and grow.

As a result of this coaching, I feel more accountable and confident about running my business. I understand the things that I am doing well already and that I need to implement new systems and processes to help me reach my goals. If things aren’t working, then I need to consider why and take a different approach and analyse and measure that too.

Even though this was a short coaching period, I gained so much from Shwetha and Odri’s kind, supportive, educational and inspiring coaching style and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in business who is feeling unsure or lacking in confidence, feels stuck or doesn’t understand what steps they need to take to move things forward – both personally and professionally
